Do you charge for a site visit and a quote?
Site visits are free within central Antalya and the surrounding districts. We come to the property, inspect it and give you an itemised quote.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We serve foreign homeowners in Antalya and can handle communication over WhatsApp, sending quotes and explanations in writing so nothing is lost in translation.
For a villa in Antalya, is a heat pump better than natural gas?
Antalya's mild climate suits heat pumps very well, because winter temperatures rarely drop far enough to hurt efficiency. Where natural gas is already connected, the initial cost can be lower. The right answer depends on the insulation of the building, how you use the property and the existing infrastructure — for holiday homes used only part of the year the calculation is often quite different. We work both options out during the site visit and present them side by side.
Can underfloor heating be added to an existing property?
Yes, though it raises the floor level so it is treated as a renovation. In existing buildings, low-profile systems are an option, and fan coils or air conditioning can also be considered. We determine what suits your building during the site visit.
How often should a boiler or air conditioner be serviced?
Boilers should be serviced once a year, before the heating season. For air conditioning, clean the filters at the start of the season and have a full service annually. Regular maintenance noticeably reduces both breakdown risk and energy consumption.
Can you look after a property while I am abroad?
Yes. Many of our customers are in Antalya only part of the year. We can carry out maintenance and checks while you are away and report back with photographs, and we can arrange access with your property manager.
